The plant can teach you!
What it will-lessly is,
you should want to become!
This is it.(Friedrich Schiller)
Light physical activity is an important and necessary element of a successful fasting seminar for healthy persons. Physiologically, during fasting the body uses own resources, carbohydrates, fat and protein, to meet its energy needs. The use of muscle protein can and should be prevented by physical activity.
Sporting Activities also supports the entire excretion process via lungs, skin, kidneys and the bowels.
The type, duration and intensity of the physical activity depends on the fasting person’s individual constitution. In a group of healthy persons, the fasting coach organises several activities daily (yoga, sports, walking, etc.)
Sporting Activities during a fasting session has an extraordinarily positive effect on rebalancing a person’s health. Walking in nature[1] helps to harmonise, refresh and relax body, mind and soul at the same time.
During fasting we are far more sensitive to sounds, to silence, to colours. For this reason, outdoor activities are an important element of our fasting programme for healthy persons: walking in open fields and through forests, on established trails or new paths and in every weather, experiencing oneself as part of nature, as part of the ecosystem forest. This activity includes the identification of plant and animals and may be followed by a course on therapeutic herbs, or the newly discovered herbs may become an integral part of one’s future diet plan.
Fasting and walking has much to offer. You are retracing the path back to your origins, back to your inner self.
