Eight Days Fasting Practice (in English)

You will receive detailed information about the implementation of the 8-day fasting program during our Program Info Days organised before the actual event.
Now, let us fast in earnest!
Group fasting is a rewarding experience for all participants. We share our insecurity and fears (of the effects of Glauber’s salt, the infusions, perhaps the night). We do not talk very much but limit our conversations to the most necessary.
On the first day we introduce each other and prepare for the actual 5-day fasting session which begins the following day with a calorie intake of max. 500 kcal per day.
Those five days are an intensive time of re-connection with oneself. We follow a strictly defined programs.
Our day begins at 6 a.m. with some simple yoga exercises and gymnastics. Every day, we go for walks in nature of at least two hours duration.
Seminars about fasting and nutrition during and after fasting are among the highlights of the day. In the evening, we meditate and exercise mindfulness guided by a meditation guide. The last item is a joint discussion round to offload what is on our mind. Our day ends at 9 p.m.
The 5-day fasting session is followed by two build-up days when we will train a new way of live.
We want you to be more healthy at the end of the fasting week than you were before. But it is equally important for us, that, after the fasting programs, you find the courage to a new start, to protect your re-discovered inner self and to rearrange your life in order to maintain it.

- Special price for groups of five and more
- Minimum group size 4 persons
- Registriation deadline : 2 weeks before the course date
- Price is including : Fasting provisions, catering as required by the fasting programs, guidance provided by a certified fasting coach
- The price is not including 7 nights stay
Conditions of participation: Statement of non-objection issued by the participant’s GP – general practitioner (to be obtained by the participants themselves).
