These days, Executive Health and Body Management are important lifestyle topics for managers and other high-level leaders.
Our modern business lifestyle is oriented toward time optimization, the execution of several tasks at the same time – multitasking – and measurable results. The business Balanced Score Card (BSC) takes precedence over our personal BSC. The result is early stress symptoms which, if ignored, may lead to depression, burn-out and, consequently, damage to our health.
Fasting in connection with awareness meditation and long walks in the nature is the golden path to re-balancing body, mind and soul.
You can re-balance your life, provided you have the will to do so. The first step is a commitment and the second its firm implementation: priorities must be redefined, the number of external goal must be reduced, life must be simplified in order to create space and gain time for the development of your inner life.
During fasting, body and soul come to rest. Fasting offers a perfect opportunity to rethink one’s life, to restructure it and to implement changes.
