Two Days only for myself-seminar and praxis in English

This program usually starts Saturdays at 10.00 and finishes Sundays at 16.00
We will practice mindfulness meditation combined with soft yoga exercises and walking in the forest.
The presentation part will have an introduction into modern vegetarian nutrition.
We will practice silence as much as possible, to allow ourselves for getting physical and mental balance again.
