Info Days
The Info Days about Fasting for Healthy People are organized in English or German in various locations in Turkey and Germany all over the year. The duration is usually three hours and covers the following:
- Situation of our personal health and influence of wrong lifestyle and stress
- Fasting, introduction and how we can maintain our health through regular fasting, meditation and walking in the forest
- Definitions of fasting and the difference between fasting for healthy people and therapeutic fasting
- Fasting according Dr. Buchinger and Dr. Lützner
- Introduction into Mindfulness and Meditation and small exercises
- Healthy nutrition for a modern lifestyle
The Info Days also inform the participants about the complete program of the Fasting Academy Bauer and help for a better understanding of being responsible for the own health
Two Days- Only For Myself-Seminar
This two days‘ seminar should be the starting point to leave the health-illness negative spiral, in order to live again more free, aware and more healthy. This weekend program usually starts Friday evening at 18.00 and finishes Sundays at 14.00 We will practice mindfulness meditation combined with soft yoga exercises and walking in the forest The presentation parts will have an introduction into modern vegetarian nutrition, better life-management and introduction into meditation We will practice silence and deep relaxation as much as possible, to allow ourselves for getting physical and mental balance again
Meditation and Contemplation-week
This program usually starts Saturdays at 10.00 and finishes after 8 days the coming Saturday at 10.00 We will stay together in a suitable, and quiet hotel, which will serve us vegetarian meals The main target of this intensive week will be, to practice silence, body and mind- awareness and mindfulness Several daily 30 minutes meditation sessions will be completed by walking tours and mindful walking We will follow mainly the meditation praxis about mindfulness, but add also music meditation and contemplation parts into the daily program Usually the days start at 5.00 and finishes at 21.00
