Outdoorworkshop in Marmaris
These Two days only for myself shall be like a short holiday and a wonderful but necessary short trip to my Inner self. In the group we will practice together mindfulness meditation, simple yoga exercises, mindful walking in the forest and we will have the chance-within the silent and mindful group-to find back to our self. Simple but tasteful vegetarian meals and simple but clean staying in the hotel will help us to unload our body and soul. There will be presentations also about health, modern nutrition and introduction into fasting for healthy people.
Starting: Friday, 20.05.2022 at 12.00 o’clock with lunch
Ending: Sunday, 22.05.2022 at 14.00 o’clock with lunch
Two overnight stays at a suitable hotel in Marmaris
Aim of our workshop:
Finding yourself again through mindfulness, walking, talking, presentation, silent periods, singing, meditation and relaxation.
Learning and understanding and practicing resilience.
We will evaluate, how we personally can positively contribute to reduce the climate change risk (please get prepared with some own ideas).
We will eat vegetarian/vegan meals, we will practice mindfulness to ourselves, to our group members, to the nature.
The hotel will be reasonable, clean and modest.
