Sports as a form of physical activity during the fasting session have a positive impact on all metabolic processes.
Muscle movement releases biochemical substances that are beneficial for the entire body. Our fasting seminars include several physical activities daily like sports, walking and other exercises. Every fasting day begins with a half-hourly phase of physical activity, if possible, outdoors in the fresh air.
Towards noon and again in the afternoon our programme includes physical activities of up to two hours each time.
The type of activity varies; it includes gymnastics, sports, yoga or walking in nature. These physical exercises require a certain effort but they are not excessive.
The idea is not to break any records near our physical limit but rather mild endurance activities.
Our fasting programme always includes physical activity and walking in nature, provided the weather permits it.
Sports during fasting can be enriching, demanding or relaxing. Stretching – including beneficial yoga exercises – and relaxation carried out in well-balanced rhythmic alternation help us to rediscover our body.
A healthy mind and soul reside in a healthy, physically active body. This balance is re-established, and it is up to us to maintain it that way.
Sports after fasting should be a fixed item in a healthy person’s weekly programme. Thirty minutes daily of physical activity in all weathers until you break into a sweat is a must if I want to regain your health.
